Content Policy

1. Our Community Standards

WNDR is a global community built around a shared love of travel. We want WNDR to be a safe, authentic, and inspiring space for everyone — regardless of nationality, background, or travel style. This Content Policy applies to all content posted or shared on WNDR: posts, photos, videos, comments, travel plans, blog entries, profile information, messages, and group chats.

2. Acceptable Content

Content is welcome on WNDR when it:

• Is related to travel, destinations, cultures, experiences, tips, plans, or community connection
• Is your original creation or content you have all necessary rights and permissions to share
• Is authentic and does not intentionally mislead or deceive other users
• Is respectful of other people, cultures, and communities
• Complies with all applicable laws

3. Prohibited Content

3.1 Hate and harassment

• Hateful, discriminatory, or dehumanizing content based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or intimidation of any individual or group
• Doxxing — sharing private personal information of others without their consent
• Content designed to shame, humiliate, or degrade individuals

3.2 Violence and dangerous content

• Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against any person or group
• Graphic or gratuitous violence or depictions of severe injury
• Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism or extremism
• Content that encourages or facilitates self-harm or suicide

3.3 Sexual content

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Sexual content involving minors in any form — results in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement

3.4 Misinformation and deception

• Deliberately false information that could cause real-world harm
• Impersonation of any real person, public figure, brand, or organization
• Fake reviews, ratings, or testimonials

3.5 Spam and commercial abuse

• Unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or bulk messaging
• Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, scams, or phishing
• Commercial advertising without WNDR's prior written permission

3.6 Intellectual property violations

• Content that infringes third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material

3.7 Malicious and illegal content

• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies illegal activities

4. Profile Standards

Your profile — username, profile picture, and bio — must not contain prohibited content, impersonate a real person or brand, or be used primarily for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Messaging Standards

Private messages and group chats are subject to this Content Policy. Unsolicited commercial messages and repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop constitute harassment. WNDR does not routinely monitor private messages but will investigate credible reports of violations.

6. Moderation

WNDR reserves the right — but has no obligation — to review, remove, or disable access to any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. WNDR may use automated tools to detect certain categories of prohibited content. All automated decisions can be reviewed upon appeal. Moderation does not guarantee that all violating content will be detected before it causes harm.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy:

• Use the "Report" button on any post, comment, or profile within the app
• Email us at [email protected] for complex or urgent cases

All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. Illegal content and imminent safety threats are prioritised. False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting account.

8. Appeals

If your content was removed or account suspended and you believe it was in error, appeal within 30 days by emailing [email protected] with your username, the content or action in question, and a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect. We will respond within 10 business days. Our appeal decision is final.

9. Consequences

Violations may result in, depending on severity and frequency:

• Content removal without notice
• A formal warning
• Temporary account suspension (1–30 days)
• Permanent account ban
• Reporting to law enforcement for illegal content

Severe violations — including child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related content, or credible threats of violence — result in immediate permanent ban and mandatory reporting to law enforcement.

10. Your Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for all content you post on WNDR. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WNDR from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your content or your use of the platform in violation of this policy.
